Change of mind (cooling-off)

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to original paintings and standard, non-personalised prints purchased online. You may return eligible items for any reason within 14 days of receiving them.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, commissioned artworks, non-standard sizes, or dedicated inscriptions).

How to request a return

Email studio@allalevchenko.art within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. You will receive packing and return instructions.
After notifying us of withdrawal, you must send the artwork back within 14 days.

Returning the artwork

Use a trackable, insured shipping method. Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork. If the item is damaged or shows handling beyond what is necessary, a partial refund may apply to reflect loss in value. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, email photos and details within 7 days. If approved, a replacement or full refund will be arranged.

Shipping timing

Orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

International orders

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. Please return eligible items for a refund (full or partial) and place a new order.
