Ownership of Content

All text, images, artwork, photographs, and design elements on this website are the property of Alla Levchenko (trading as Alla Levchenko Art) unless otherwise stated. No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose - commercial or personal - without written permission. Orders may be declined if there is reason to believe that the products are being purchased for reproduction, resale, or other unauthorised commercial use. By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as to our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payments are securely processed through PayPal or other trusted payment providers. No payment details are stored or accessible through this website. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Discounts and special offers are valid only during the advertised period and cannot be applied retroactively.

Orders and Delivery

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order prints may require additional production time. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk transfers to you once the artwork has been delivered to your possession (or to a person you designate to receive it).

Cooling-off and Cancellations

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to original paintings and to standard, non-personalised prints purchased online. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing studio@allalevchenko.art. This right does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, commissioned artworks, non-standard sizes, or dedicated inscriptions). Cancellations before dispatch may be accepted at my discretion.

Import Duties and Taxes

Alla Levchenko Art does not collect or pay import duties, VAT, or customs taxes on your behalf. For orders shipped outside the Netherlands, you are responsible for any local import charges. If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the item price minus actual outbound and return shipping costs charged by the carrier. If the parcel is not returned (e.g., destroyed or abandoned by customs or carrier), no refund is possible.

Copyright and Original Works

When you purchase an original artwork, you acquire ownership of the physical piece - not the copyright. Copyright remains with Alla Levchenko unless explicitly transferred in writing. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or digital use of artworks is prohibited.

Unless otherwise stated, copyright in all images, artwork, and written material on this website - extending to all official social media channels operated by Alla Levchenko Art — is owned by or licensed to Alla Levchenko.
This website, its imagery, text, and artworks (including photographs of artworks and in-progress works) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, stored, sold, shared, or otherwise used for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by law or in writing by Alla Levchenko Art.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- downloading, screenshotting, or saving images from this website or any social media platform,
- using artwork or imagery for commercial, marketing, or personal branding purposes,
- reposting or sharing without visible credit and prior written consent,
- editing, cropping, or applying filters to images of artworks,
- creating prints, merchandise, NFTs, or derivative works, and
- uploading images of the artist’s work to resale or print-on-demand platforms.

For commissioned artworks, the copyright remains with Alla Levchenko, unless the copyright has been explicitly transferred to the client in writing.

When you purchase an original artwork, you acquire the right to own and display the physical piece — not the right to reproduce it.
Copyright remains with Alla Levchenko unless:
- it has been specifically signed over to the buyer, or
- the copyright has expired.

Ownership of an original painting does not grant permission to reproduce it in any form, such as prints, posters, cards, apparel, or digital content.
This agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, together with any applicable consumer-protection laws in the country where the buyer resides.

Use of Online Content

All images, artworks, and written materials displayed on this website and affiliated social media platforms remain the exclusive property of Alla Levchenko and are protected under Dutch and international copyright law.

You are not permitted to:
- download, screenshot, or copy any part of the website or social media content,
- remove watermarks or artist signatures,
- use or display the artwork for personal or commercial gain, or
- create derivative works or digital reproductions based on the artist’s content.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of materials from this website or social media channels constitutes a copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Permission to share or repost images may be granted only with clear credit and prior written consent from the artist.

Liability Disclaimer

Every effort is made to represent artwork and prints accurately. However, small variations in colour, brightness, paper texture, or finish can occur between screens, printers, and production batches. These differences are natural and not considered defects.
Alla Levchenko Art cannot be held liable for variations caused by customer or third-party printing, alterations made by print shops or resellers, damage occurring after delivery, or unauthorised use of digital files.
Buyers and printers are responsible for ensuring correct colour calibration and materials when reproducing authorised artwork. By purchasing or viewing artwork from this website, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the artistic process.

Legal Compliance

Alla Levchenko Art operates in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer-protection, e-commerce, and copyright laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Business Information

Alla Levchenko Art is an independent artist practice operated by Alla Levchenko, based in the Netherlands.
For privacy reasons, the studio address is not publicly listed. It will be provided upon request or included on official invoices in accordance with EU consumer law.
