Shipping policy

All artworks and products are shipped from the Netherlands. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. If extra time is needed for custom or made-to-order pieces, you will be notified by email.
Shipping & insurance
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All shipments are insured by the courier. If your order is lost or damaged, email studio@allalevchenko.art within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) with photos and details so I can help resolve the issue.
Delivery address
Orders are posted to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure it’s correct. Alla Levchenko Art cannot take responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Estimated delivery times
• Netherlands: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• EU countries: 3–10 business days after dispatch
• Outside EU: 1–3 weeks (may vary by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.
Risk transfers to you once the artwork is delivered to your possession.
Customs, VAT & import duties
Buyers are responsible for any VAT, import duties, or customs taxes charged by the destination country.
If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, we will refund the item price minus actual outbound and return shipping costs charged by the carrier. If the parcel is not returned (e.g., destroyed or abandoned by customs or carrier), no refund is possible. Re-shipping can be arranged at your expense.
Returns, refusals & cooling-off (summary)
A 14-day cooling-off period applies to original paintings and standard, non-personalised prints.
Prints that are customised or commissioned are non-refundable except if damaged.
